How to Update Your Information
Go to Settings → Profile.
Update profile picture, reset password, or delete your account.
Your changes save automatically.
Preferences
You cannot modify or add new exams with a single email.
To update your exam, you would need to delete your AceBuddy account or sign up with a new email.
This action resets your learning path and generates new personalized FLOW sessions for the new exam.
Display settings
Switch between light and dark themes.
Manage your subscriptions, view invoices, and update your billing details here.
Subscriptions
Access via Settings → Billing.
View your current plan, renewal date, and payment method.
Upgrade or cancel anytime.
Invoices & Receipts
Download receipts directly for personal or organizational reimbursement.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, you’ll receive an in-app notification and an email reminder. You can retry the transaction or update your card info securely.
Passwords
Reset your password anytime under Settings → Account → Change your password.
Choose a strong mix of letters, numbers, and symbols.
Data Privacy
AceBuddy follows global data-protection standards (GDPR & NDPR compliant). You can request data export or deletion by emailing [email protected].

Here’s how to fix the most common ones fast.
Common Issues
App not loading / stuck on “Generating session…” → Refresh or log out and back in.
Video not showing up in LEARN tab → Check your connection or switch browser.
Wrong or missing topic → Report directly from the Help center page via “[email protected]” or the beta slack channel if you're a beta tester.
Payment not reflecting → Wait a few minutes and refresh; if unresolved, contact support.
