Navigating FLOW

Each session has two main parts:

Learn Tab

The LEARN tab features a precise, relevant video on the session topic, giving you quick visual context before diving into study materials.

Study Tab

The STUDY tab features comprehensive text on the session topic that you can interact with in portions; highlight, comment, or ask the AI agent for explanations.

How to Complete a Study Session

When you’ve completed a study session:

  1. Scroll to the bottom of the page.

  2. Click “Mark as complete.”

This action triggers the AI agent to automatically save your progress and unlock the next FLOW session

Completing sessions consistently keeps your adaptive study plan on track and powers your mastery analytics.
